Season Celebration 2018

May 23, 2018 at 3:51 PM by Winter Roberts

The last several weeks have been without new content from the Horns. After a collection of team events in post to our final match, and now after the final participants of this FRC season have been recognized it was today, finally the time to break this silence in commemoration and close on our season. Team members gathered today at Clark's Creek Park to celebrate this season's achievements and recall the outreach we fostered. It was, in addition to games and food, our adviser Mr. Mclure's gre...

STEM Showcase 2018

April 21, 2018 at 3:16 PM by Winter Roberts

The Horns of Havoc have the pleasure and luxury of being located in Puyallup, the same city in which is hosted the Washington State Fair twice every year. The fairgrounds in Puyallup opened yesterday for the Spring Fair, and the Puyallup School District STEM Showcase today. It is evident now that without real confirmation of the bots completion, any assumption of what is left to do or the time that may take is frankly tactless. This week, in the department of build, we h...

Power Up Build Season Update Week 4

February 3, 2018 at 3:02 PM by Brennan Roberts

Today is our personal deadline for the completion of our robot. We certainly are cutting it very, very close but as nearly as anyone may be able to tell the build team is only doing some final touches. Despite the fact that we all had to work unusually hard and quickly today to do it, it is fair to say that the team got it done. While the lesser things such as bumpers may not be entirely finished they have been made into official shape at the least. For marketing, the design of the pits is be...
